This briefing paper models the costs of delivering the Protected Landscapes' contribution to England’s commitment to protect 30% of land for nature by 2030 (30by30). It looks at different levels of ambition and considers what would be needed for between 30% and 50% of Protected Landscape area to meet Defra’s 30by30 criteria.
