Rose is a self-professed water baby, never happier than swimming in open water or atop a paddleboard. In pursuit of protecting what she loves, Rose joined the National Landscape Association team in September 2026. Starting out with a degree in biology, then a Masters in Wildlife Documentary Production, Rose has since amassed a breadth of experience, working across universities, government organisations and water companies, coordinating collaborative approaches to environmental enhancement. Her most formative role put collaboration and communication at the heart of improving the water environment and she takes forward this approach to connect people and projects and amplify nature-based solutions.     

Rose is based in Stockport in the North West. She can often be found strolling the picturesque Ribble Valley, meandering through the Forest of Bowland.
