Naami joined the National Landscapes Association in June 2025 to lead the Big Chalk Nature Recovery Fund, a pioneering capital grants programme, working to accelerate habitat restoration and connectivity at landscape scale.

Based in Kent, Naami is a North Downs Way Ambassador and has a particular love for the chalk grasslands and ancient woodlands of the Kent Downs National Landscape. She brings over 15 years of experience in the charity and social enterprise sectors, including developing, administering and reporting on the impact of significant grant programmes for funders such as Comic Relief and Rosa. Naami combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative approach to partnership working, and is passionate about ensuring that nature recovery benefits all communities.
