Nature-based Solutions Project Officer (North)

Genny (Genevieve) joined the Nature-based Solutions team in September 2026. Genny’s role is to support the National Landscapes in unlocking green finance and delivering nature-based solutions. In her previous role with the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority her work included supporting protected and priority species, GIS and data analysis, and development of the YDNP Nature Recovery Plan.
Based in North Yorkshire Genny is lucky enough to be sandwiched between the North Pennines, Nidderdale and Forest of Bowland National Landscapes. She brings a passion for all things bugs, upland ecology, regenerative agriculture and ecosystem processes.
