Freya joined the National Landscapes Association team in October 2026 to support the operation of the Big Chalk Nature Recovery Fund.

She has worked in the charity sector for 10 years across a wide range of roles in operations, fundraising and grants management. After graduating with an MSc in Social Policy from the University of Oxford, she settled in Oxfordshire and loves to explore the beautiful Chilterns National Landscape alongside her Pembroke Welsh corgi, Raymond.

She enjoys volunteering for a range of nature-based projects in her local area, including community gardens and the local frog and toad patrol.
