Elliott Lorimer

Elliott Lorimer

Trustee

Elliott has been the Partnership Manager for the Forest of Bowland National Landscape since 2011, and has worked in wider landscape, conservation and rural development roles for over 20 years. Elliott is trained in both Environmental Science and in Rural Development and Planning.

Elliott is a representative on a range of regional, national and international organisations and partnerships, including the Nature, Regional and Landscape Parks Taskforce for the EUROPARC Federation for Protected Areas, the Great North Bog coalition, Lancashire Peat Partnership and three Local Nature Partnerships.

Born and raised in Scotland, Elliott has now made his home with his family in Lancashire, on the edge of the Forest of Bowland. When he's not working, he likes to be walking or running the fells, doing a spot of 'bad' birdwatching, or watching his sons play sport.
